Omlette Muffins |
Ingredients
Egg – 3
Chopped tomato – 1 large
Chopped onion – 1 medium
Pepper powder
Chopped green chilli (optional)
Any dry herbs
Al seasoning spices – 1 tsp
Salt
Grated cheese – 1 cube
Baking powder – 1 pinch
White oil for greasing
Recipe:
Take a mixing bowl and mix
the chopped tomato – onion – green chilli, grated cheese, salt, all seasoning
spices, dry herbs, pepper powder. Now take six muffins molds and grease it. Put
some of this mixture into all the molds and keep aside. Now, beat the eggs with a pinch of baking
powder and salt. Put the beaten egg on the mixture and place it into the
preheated oven. Set the convection mode in full power for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take one of them out from
the oven and gently prick it with a toothpick from top. If the toothpick comes
out clean this indicates that the muffins are ready.
Serve hot with tomato
ketchup or any other sauce which you like.
