Methi Garlic Chicken |
Ingredients:
Chicken - 500gms
Fenugreek seeds - 1tsp
Crushed garlic - 1tbsp
Chopped onion - 1 cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Turmaric powder
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt
Sugar
Curd - 1 cup
Chopped green chilli - 1tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Mustered oil
Recipe:
Marinate the chicken with curd for half an hour and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and put fenugreek seeds. After a few moments when you start
getting a nice aroma add crushed garlic and fry it for 1-2 minutes. Then add chopped
onion and fry it till golden. After that put ginger paste and stir it well.
Then add the marinated chicken and mix well. Now add turmeric and red chilli
powder and mix well till the oil is separated from chicken. Now add salt and
sugar as per your taste and little bit of water and mix it. Then cover it
till the chicken is soft. Now add chopped green chilli and coriander
leaves. Mix it and remove from heat and serve into a nice plate.
Serve with roti, paratha
or polau.
