Whoever likes egg, must be loving omelet or omelette. Spanish omelet is an easy breakfast recipe that can be prepared in a jiffy.

Ingredients:
Egg - 2 pcs
Baking powder - ½ tsp
Salt
Pepper powder (as per your taste)
Chopped onion
Chopped potato
Chopped red bell pepper - 1tbsp
Chopped yellow bell pepper - 1 tbsp.
Chopped green bell pepper - 1 tbsp
Chopped tomato - 1 tbsp
Chopped parsley - 1tsp
White oil - 2 tbsp
Recipe:
Take a mixing bowl and mix the eggs, salt, pepper
powder and baking powder. Beat it very well and keep aside it with a lid for 5
minutes. Now add all chopped vegetables, parsley and mix it well.
Now heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture and wait for
2-3 minutes in low flame. When it is fully cooked, remove from the pan by inverting on a plate. Serve hot.
