Vegetable Noodles Pie |
Ingredients:
Broccoli
Potato
Capsicum
Carrot
Beans
Baby corn
Noodles
Chopped onion
Chopped garlic
Regular flour
Mustard powder
Black pepper powder
Chilli flakes
Chopped parsley
Chilli garlic sauce
Butter
Salt
White oil
Grated cheese
Preparation:
At first, boil noodles in water
with few drops of oil and a pinch of salt. When the noodles become soft strain
water and keep aside.
White sauce: Heat butter in a pan
and add chopped garlic. When they turn golden add cornflour and milk and keep
stirring well so that no lump is formed. When it becomes thick, add pepper
powder and mustard powder and mix it well. White sauce is now ready.
Now, cut all vegetables into
small pieces.
In a pan heat oil and add chopped
onion and garlic. Sauté it and add all vegetables. Stir it well and add salt,
black pepper powder and mix well in high flame. When the vegetables become soft,
add white sauce and chilli flakes and mix well and keep aside.
Take another pan and heat little bit
of oil. Add boiled noodles and chilli garlic sauce and salt as required. Mix it
well.
Now, grease a baking dish and
pour vegetables into it. Then pour noodles on top of vegetables to make two
layers. Spread grated cheese and chopped parsley over it and bake for 8-10
minutes.
